Returns & Exchanges

At ICON Amsterdam, we strive for the perfect fit; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the completed return form to ensure your request is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
